Purple Up Day π
On April 15th, students may wear a purple top to honor our military personnel.
Field Trip Payment Due π
April 17th is the last day to submit payment for the field trip. All students and chaperones must be paid in full. Unpaid chaperone spots will be forfeited.
Field Day β May 1 π
Admission is $5 per student via MySchoolBucks. Payment deadline is April 30.

Field Trip Information
Dear Parents & Guardians,
We are excited to announce an upcoming field trip to the Orlando Science Center on Monday, May 4th. Permission slips and a flyer were sent home on Thursday. Below are the important details:
Trip Details
- Departure from school: 9:00 AM
- Departure from Orlando Science Center: 4:00 PM
- Expected arrival at school: 5:00β6:00 PM (we will send an update with the approximate arrival time on the day of the trip)
Lunch & Snacks
- Students may either pack a lunch from home or request a bagged lunch from the school
- A form is attached to the permission slip for you to indicate your childβs lunch preference
- We strongly encourage packing an extra snack, as this will be a full-day outing
- All lunch and snacks must fit in a clear gallon-sized ziplock bag labeled with your childβs name
Dress Code
- Students must wear their school uniform or school spirit shirt
What Students Should Know
- No electronics (phones, tablets, headphones, etc.) are allowed on the bus or during the field trip
- Students will not be able to purchase anything at the Science Center
Important Actions for Parents
- If your child will not be attending: Please contact your childβs homeroom teacher as soon as possible so we can arrange appropriate supervision in another classroom that day
- If your child will not attend and will not be at school: Please notify the homeroom teacher so we can accurately track attendance
- Chaperone Interest: Chaperone fee is $34 due on MSB once selected by the HR teacher. If you are interested in chaperoning this field trip, please reach out to your childβs homeroom teacher to discuss availability
